A LITTLE BIT ABOUT Natasha

Born and raised along the west coast, I spent the first two decades of my life immersed in the colorful wonders of California. As one of two children born to Afghan-French parents, I loved spending our days hiking or camping amidst the tall redwoods and boogie-boarding in the water. I attended college in my hometown which is where I met my partner and now husband, a kind-hearted Colorado native.  We’ve now been living in Colorado for 10 years and enjoy the abundance of hiking and biking the Rocky Mountains offer. Equally enjoyable is the time we spend idolizing our hound Oakley. I also have a deep passion for photography and enjoy snapping pictures of everything from wildflowers to dinner parties outside.

Reflecting on the peaks and valleys of life, I’m truly honored to have learned how to create and appreciate this secure-base with my partner.  Our commitment to maintaining respect, adoration and inspiration within ourselves as individual beings, and collectively as a team, takes work and isn’t always easy.  The rewards are great and I enjoy helping others work through their relationship challenges and believe positive change is always possible. For those of you seeking a French-speaking therapist, I am also fluent in French and would love to support you in your preferred language.

Why do clients choose Natasha? Here is a bit of voluntary feedback from a few of her clients.

“We appreciated Natasha’s immediate warmth and concern, it put us at ease and allowed us both to open up quickly.”

“I am feeling very optimistic and excited about my journey with Nat.”

“She made us feel very supported and comfortable!”

“Having never been to therapy before it was very helpful to have the process and expectations laid out prior to digging into my emotions. Nat also instantly made a comfortable environment where I felt safe to be vulnerable.”

“Natasha is a really great fit for us and I sincerely appreciate her help.”

“Our work with Natasha was extremely productive and immeasurably valuable.”

There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you
